Downlines Builder Terms and Conditions.

Introduction

Les Termes et Conditions suivants contrôle votre abonnement au programme Downlines Builder. Vous agréez que vous avez lu et accepté cet Accord ("Accord") et que votre abonnement au programme Downlines Builder (le "Programme") sera sujet aux Termes et Conditions suivants entre vous (le "Membre") et Downlines Builder. Ces Termes et Conditions peuvent être modifiés à tous moments par Downlines Builder. Pensez à les consulter de façon régulière sachant que votre utilisation du site est régie par ces termes et conditions même après modification de ceux-ci. Votre continuelle participation à Downlines Builder après de telles modifications sera comprise comme acceptation de toutes nouvelles modifications. Termes de Participation

Le Membre doit être âgé de 18 an au minimum pour pouvoir participer. Le Membre doit fournir à Downlines Builder des informations complètes et à jour, incluant un nom r&eacut;el, une adresse postale et une adresse email.

Pour l'application de la législation, Downlines Builder se réserve le droit et à sa seule discrétion de refuser ou d'accepter toute demande d'abonnement.

Le Membre ne peut en aucun cas (i) créer ou utiliser plus d'un compte membre; (ii) selectionner ou utiliser l'adresse Email d'une autre personne; (iii) utiliser un nom soumis aux droits d'une autre personne sans autorisation provenant de cette personne; (iv) utiliser un faux nom, une fausse adresse postale, ou une fausse adresse email pour activer ou utiliser un compte de Membre.

En s'inscrivant au programme Downlines Builder, le Membre accepte de recevoir d'autres offres speciales par email de Downlines Builder . Si vous ne souhaitez pas ou plus recevoir ces emails, vous pouvez supprimer votre compte a tout moment .

Downlines Builder se réserve le droit suivre l'activité du Member par Adresse IP et également par activité de navigation.

Downlines Builder a le droit, à sa seule discrétion, de suspendre ou annuler, à tous moments et pour toutes raisons jugées utiles, l'abonnement d'un Membre et son accès au site Downlines Builder et au programme Downlines Builder. Tous lea gains pourront être annulés à la seule discrétion de Downlines Builder, et le Membre pourra être poursuivi devant les tribunaux compétents par Downlines Builder.

Le Membre s'engage à ne pas abuser des privilèges de son abonnement en agissant de façon irrespectueuse au regard de cet Accord. Le Membre s'engage à ne pas tenter de gagner des commissions par d'autres moyens légitimes que ceux autorisés par Downlines Builder. Le Membre s'engage à ne pas participer ` toute activité illégale, frauduleuse ou immorale d'aucune sorte.

Downlines Builder shall be the sole determiner in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of its rules. Any decision Downlines Builder makes relating to the cancellation of Earnings and the termination of membership shall be final and binding.

Spamming is strickly prohibited. Any spamming done to advertise Downlines Builder will result in immediate termination of your account and a forfeiture of your account balance. Incidents will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

Member's discontinued participation in the Downlines Builder program or failure to notify Downlines Builder of any address (mailing or email) changes may result in the termination of Member's membership and forfeiture of Member's unredeemed Earnings.

Member shall comply with all laws, rules, and regulations that are applicable to Member. Member acknowledges that Member may only participate in the Downlines Builder program if and to the extent that such participation is permitted by such laws, rules, and regulations.

If member objects to any of the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, or any subsequent modifications to this agreement, or becomes dissatisfied with the Program, Member's only recourse is to immediately discontinue participation in the Downlines Builder program and properly terminate his or her membership.

Disclaimers

MEMBER EXPRESSLY AGREES THAT USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT MEMBER'S SOLE RISK. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Downlines Builder EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW, CUSTOM OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Downlines Builder MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED THROUGH THE PROGRAM OR ANY TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE PROGRAM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT ALLOWED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEITHER Downlines Builder NOR ANY OF ITS MEMBERS, SUBSIDIARIES, PUBLISHERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, LICENSORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS OR EMPLOYEES SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT, RESULTING FROM THE USE OR THE INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE OR FOR THE COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS AND SERVICES OR RESULTING FROM ANY GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED OR OBTAINED OR MESSAGES RECEIVED OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO THROUGH THE PROGRAM OR RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF USER'S TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, Downlines Builder uses appropriate industry standard procedures to safeguard the confidentiality of Member's personal information, such as firewall, encryption, token authentication, application proxies, monitoring technology, and adaptive analysis of the Website's traffic to track abuse of the Downlines Builder.com Website and its data. However, no data transmitted over the Internet can be 100% secure. As a result, while Downlines Builder strives to protect its Members personal information, Downlines Builder cannot guarantee the security of any information that Members transmit to or from the participating advertisers/merchants and Member does so at his/her own risk.

This Agreement constitutes the entire Agreement between Member and Downlines Builder in connection with general membership in the Downlines Builder program and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. If any provision of this AGREEMENT is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the other provisions of this AGREEMENT will remain in force. No failure of either party to exercise or enforce any of its rights under this AGREEMENT will act as a waiver of such rights.
